We know this can be a tedious process that can deter your from making your purchase so we have tried to make this process as convenient as possible for our clients.

We do offer our Courier options at the check out point, kindly select your Province and the price will be available, the price will also be located in the product write up section on our website.
 

3rd PARTY SHIPMENT SERVICES

We outsource our transport to these areas to our preferred third-party shipping suppliers which we trust and have been using for years kindly note that  this is not EK BESTAANS own private shipping service, we thus we have no control over when the loads depart (Kindly note that we do part loads, we share the loads to other Provinces with other Furniture Companies, sometimes there are delays which are totally out of our control)  once the amount reflects in our account for the item that you have purchased, we will then notify you about the part loads departure and share the courier companies details with you.

If you wish to use your Own Courier Company

Kindly select the "I WILL BE USING MY OWN COURIER" option when purchasing your item, we can then:
 

1. Most Courier companies DO NOT wrap your items, we will kindly wrap your item for your Courier company at an extra fee, the fee will be stipulated under the product write up.
    

2. Should your item be "Fragile" (Glass etc.) please ensure you ask for extra padding, we will then add the extra layer of protection to your item.
    

INSURANCE

It is the responsibility of  the owner of the item/s bought to insure the item/s during transportation, especially if the items are fragile such as items that contain glass, we can wrap these items for the client with an extra layer of added protection at an additional cost.

 

EK BESTAAN cannot accept any responsibility for the item/s once it leaves our premises. The items are being delivered by a third-party service and EK BESTAAN will not be held liable for any damage, theft or losses or be be held responsible for delayed load arrivals.
